Flat price · live in 5 days

Websites that get trades businesses calls.

I build flat-price websites for plumbers, electricians and HVAC companies. One page, one phone number, reviews front and center — built to work on the phone in your pocket, at 2am, when the leak happens.

Pay once, own it. No monthly fees, no page-builder lock-in.

How it works

Five days, start to done.

You're busy running a business. I keep this simple.

Day 1

You send me your stuff

Your current site or Facebook page, your phone number, your hours, your Google reviews link. That's it — I do the rest.

Days 2–4

I build it

One page, your real info, your reviews, your license number. Designed to look like the best-run business in your town — because you are.

Day 5

You approve, you pay once, done

You look at it on your phone and send your revision notes — up to 5 rounds included. When it's right, you pay the flat price and it goes live. No monthly bill, no maintenance contract — hosting runs on Cloudflare's free tier.

Free hosting included

Your site lives on Cloudflare's free tier — fast, secure, no bill at the end of the month.

You keep the domain

Your domain is yours, registered in your name. If you leave, the site files go with you.

No WordPress

No plugins to update, no "your site got hacked" emails, no page-builder ransom.

Real Google reviews

I pull your actual Google rating and reviews and put them where customers see them. No fake testimonials.

Straight answers

Questions owners actually ask.

No fine print, no surprises — the same answers I give on the phone.

Is it really $499, or does the price go up?

$499 is the starting price for a single-page site, and it covers most trades. Bigger scope — extra pages, galleries, more sections — scales the number up, and you approve the exact price before I start. It doesn't change after. Custom builds come with an itemized invoice, so every dollar is accounted for.

What if I already have a website?

That's the Redesign tier ($1,499). I keep your content, your photos and your domain — I rebuild the site so it actually works on phones, shows your reviews, and gets found on Google. You don't lose anything you already have.

Who owns the website and the domain?

You do. Your domain is registered in your name and you pay the renewal directly — about $10.81/yr minimum, more if you choose a premium domain. The site is plain files you can keep, and on request I hand over everything — no lock-in.

Can I edit it myself later?

Yes — every build ships with a plain-English how-to-edit guide. Simpler still: you get up to 5 small edits a month, free (phone number, hours, a new service line). Custom changes beyond that are quoted first, and everything is tested before it goes live.

What if I don't like it?

You get up to 5 revision rounds, included in the flat price — we keep going until it's right. More than 5? I quote the extra rounds before continuing, so the price doesn't creep. And the site goes live only after you approve and pay — payment is the last step, so there's nothing owed after delivery and nothing to chase. If we can't get it there within the rounds, you haven't paid anything yet.

Do you charge monthly?

No. Hosting is free on Cloudflare's free tier, and there's no maintenance contract. The only recurring cost is your domain renewal — about $10.81 a year minimum (more for premium domains), which you pay directly and control. And up to 5 small edits a month are included, free.

Want a site that actually gets calls?

Send me your current site or Facebook page. I'll look at it and tell you honestly what you need — and what it costs. No pressure, no jargon, no follow-up spam.
