Terms of Use

Effective 14 September 2026

1. The short version

Browse freely. The work shown is mine — don't republish it as yours. If we work together, the number we agree in writing is the number you pay.

2. Using this site

The site is provided as-is for information about my services. You agree not to abuse it: no scraping that degrades service, no probing for vulnerabilities, no automated spam through the contact form.

3. The work shown

Case studies, screenshots, and demos are shown to illustrate my craft. Each demo site belongs to its project. You may link to them, but you may not copy code, content, or design wholesale and present it as your own. Want something similar? That's literally the business — send a brief.

4. Quotes and engagement

5. Payments and cancellations

Milestones and cancellation terms are set out in your written proposal. Work already delivered and approved is payable; deposits cover booked time and are non-refundable once design work has started, except where I fail to deliver.

6. Warranties, sensibly

Every site ships tested, speed-budgeted, and supported for its stated window (7 / 14 / 30 days by tier). Beyond that window, changes and fixes are quoted separately. I don't warrant third-party services — registrars, email providers, payment gateways — beyond passing their setup correctly to you.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, my liability for any claim relating to this site or a project is limited to the fees paid for that project. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms, including the engagement, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Circuit Bench of the Calcutta High Court at Jalpaiguri, District Jalpaiguri, West Bengal, India. Nothing here limits the right to approach any court or tribunal competent by law, nor waives any statutory right.

9. Changes

If these terms change materially, the date at the top changes with it. The version live when you start a project is the one that applies to it.
